Shipping

Our goods are handmade, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. All merchandise is shipped via USPS. If you just can't wait for your bink & boo goods and need a rush order, please contact us with your request before ordering. We need to be sure we can produce the goods needed in such a short time, and there will be an additional cost for shipping and handling. Thanks for understanding.

Other Common Questions:

My favorite item is sold out. When will you get more?
Each of our creations are limited edition. Remember our hunt and gather method (read about us)? Well, it's not the most streamlined process, but it sure is fun (that's why we do this). So when you see something you like, add it to your cart and be sure to checkout!

Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?
Oh heavens no, BUT all online transactions are handled via PayPal, which is a secure and trusted company. You do NOT need to have an existing account with PayPal nor do you need to sign up for one when purchasing from bink & boo. You only need a valid credit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex, or Discover). We chose PayPal because it's safe, secure and trusted, for you and we (wink).

Do you have a return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but for some reason if you are not please contact us immediately. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase date and must be returned in original packaging, in saleable condition, and accompanied by a return authorization issued by bink & boo. Sorry no returns. Unauthorized exchanges will not be processed. We do not process merchandise returns purchased through an independent retailer.

Please remember that our merchandise is individually handcrafted and items may vary slightly, and sizing is approximate.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do, that's how we got started! Just shoot us an email about your request, please include your phone number, and we will call you to see what we can do.

What do you mean by "repurposed" fabrics?
Many of our goods are made from vintage: tea towels, dresses, scarves, coverlets and quilts.... You get the idea. This type of wardrobe recycling is one of many small contributions we make to reducing our carbon footprint, supporting the "little guy," and shopping local.
